Everything else aside. Just imagine if you gave your boss a deadline to deliver a body of work and kept pushing it back like this... You'd quickly be out the door for being horribly unprofessional.
This is quite stunning that a business can be run so unprofessionally. Keep in mind I said everything else aside before someone makes a smart comment. This opinion relates purely to the setting of deadlines and consistently and predictably missing them.
