What strife are you talking about? The "rot" also coincided with the whole market coming off of being a bull market and moving to bear market territory, then heading into 'sell in May'. I haven't seen a whole lot of stocks going up since February.

Yeah a lot of people sold out, probably due to late/absent news but I see this as a company in a great position at the moment to add value from $8m MC.

Don't think that management are delaying this to spite you, hopefully they are negotiating some good terms.
