I also don't believe the CR target being reached is very unlikely. I'm just trying to tease out what could be the negatives and I can't really think of one. Capital is being raised which sucks for retail investors as we will get the bad end of the deal but a CR is usually fairly straight forward.
I am thinking that a negotiation is occurring at the moment as well. Hopefully we find out this week.
