Well the two weeks the French ministers had to appeal the suspension of their decision has past, which means that they will now be reviewing the application? They have two months to review the renewal application, so we should anticipate an announcement by the first of March (2016)?
Although the initial renewal application was lodged In Jan 2013, passed to the responsible minister for energy in 2014 and finally a decision made in September 2015. SO maybe we shouldn't anticipate a quick resolution....
