@ECTrep Your announcement states that NMDC have restated their support for the project and their intention to proceed.
Previously they advised [or holders were lead to believe that they advised] that the approval was an Agenda item for the next Board meeting.
As you have advised the market of their continued support you must believe that to be so.
How can you [and holders] have any confidence that is their position given the appalling way they have handled the process to date.
What confidence do you have, should they finally approve the project, that they have the capacity & or will to meet important deadlines throughout the life of the project
