They certainly do, pity the patent expires next November. Do people really thing two large Indian publicly owned companies want to make a small Australian firm very wealthy and share 49% of any IP globally? What possible incentive could they have? I think the writing has been on the wall for some time and I hope it works out in some way or another for holders. It's never a good thing to be led down the garden path with MOUs and constantly references to "firm commitments". Do you know what a firm commitment is ECT? It's when someone commits to something, not what you guys have done. Truly hopeless and I hope the current mob tender their resignations before the AGM this November.
