The other thing I dont understand is surely ECT asked to see whether we are ON the Agenda at the meeting.
Or were we hoping we are going to be on the agenda.
I know about bureaucracy and all but looking at their past minutes of meetings NMDC seem to be ok with their dealings.
I have a feeling NMDC have actually told ESI exactly what their intensions are but ESI keep playing the Hoping card.
Trading Halt: Oh NMDC might mention us.

I put in on to ECT, they/we need to get the facts right before any trading halts etc.
If we are on the Agenda lets see it in writing, then tell the shareholders.
