Makes you wonder if ECT board were already expecting something like this to happen.
the 30% discount on the ELF, the reference to risk reduction for the 17% discount, the extension of the deadline of the 17% reduction...
I wonder if people who oversubscribed for the 30% can quickly take it back, or whether they have locked themselves into that commitment.
