The RCA has progresed to the board who needs to ratafy it and its singing. Thats the board and rataficaton proccess that it got to after the minsiters alredy allowed it to get that far. And now another proccess is holding it up. And internal one. But all the proccesses are internal. And this new miniser is supossed to be the reason why. But the ministers have alredy let it get to the board ratafication level.
Does not make sence to me unless they or ECT are stuck on a merryy go around. In my oppinion the hold up is more than this and it is more about the bond or a claurse. That is why i think we are better off waiting for a ECT-Rep to come on here and ask him questons upon questons to get to the bottom of it rather than let settle for attatudes verson of things which he says is only his oppinion just like this is only my oppinion.
But to me a proccess being held up by a proccess that the partys were alredy supposed to have gotten past is not good enough. And all proccesses are internal so saying that is a hold up says nothing rely.
