Thanks @attitudes for the additional background information from Adam on the state of play.

As a general comment, it would have been much more preferable if ECT had actually conveyed more details about the reasons for the delay, rather than leaving it up to some dedicated researchers to provide the background context.

Knowing why things are happening makes it more bearable to accept the delays, and thus greatly reduces the levels of frustration (but certainly not eliminating it).

Hopefully a big set of updates coming on April 1 on many fronts (India and Vic).
