Yes, it is disappointing. Unfortunately it's also unavoidable. With the bureaucracy in India, the culture differences between our two countries and expectations of shareholders, there is only a few things management can say. There's Australian media and the Indian media as well. The way they portray news given by ECT has flow on effects- positive and negative, which effect the negotiation process.

I'm as disappointed as most of us (but not all...), but this is the situation we are in. But in saying that, I'm glad we are in a position to deal with India. Great work so far...
