Thanks for your analysis. It fills in missing pieces of the jigsaw. So, we are not the only game in town. We are in a competitive bid situation, and may have lost our executive sponsor. Makes sense why no rush to sign, or give us the flick. NMDC are just keeping options open until the winner is apparent.
At the end of the day the answer may well be more political than technical.
The signs are somewhat better than the ALDP where we were clearly not in the main tent. I think here we are inside the tent, but you now suggest, so are others.
Can't do much now other than watch how the whole circus plays out. Don't know if I will be left laughing or crying.
