No, not really, the legal review was only completed 2 weeks ago. The huge amount of paperwork must be reviewed by each director, I can understand but I was thinking they were more across it as the financial close was always restated and the close alignment of NLC board meeting... Timing looked right ! May still happen under the suspension ... Never know !
