In my view, we should get the prospectus next week that will provide the details of the technology, the company and their directors. It will also contain details of the capital raise including the raise price, the timeline and details on the meeting of shareholders to approve it all. Not long to wait now especially for those who've been here for 12 months or more. Investing in this stock has been a long lesson in humility but we may be finally getting somewhere.
