It is illegal to give preferential treatment to some shareholders over others unless they are preference shares. It will be up to us to report the matter to the relevant authorities if this ends up happening.
It’s our hard earned money at stake so we should do whatever it takes to make sure we are not treated unfairly.
Let’s hope it doesn’t get to that stage...
