Interesting that as 1 of 9 showing as recently launched on their site, AUZ is listed as a placement as opposed to a capital raise. Of the 9, 5 are listed as a capital raise, 3 as a placement, and one as an entitlement offer, so the site does distinguish between them.
A quick look at the other 2 listed as a placement - KNL's announcement was for a capital raising and SLC as a placement.
Not sure if this was the original status/the status has changed.
