Folk's there is a couple of issues which really stick in my 'Craw '.    Firstly why only $5,000.  If you are in the QTR that funding is supposedly well advanced and ahead of the term sheet requirements of Sept 2019 -  being finalization of ALL facets of funding.   So why wouldn't it be par the course to use all your capacity then under 7.1 and 7.1A.    

Secondly , why 2.9 cents and not 3.0.   Seems to me 3.0 would be a whole lot neater and much more convenient given the even multiples all the way up to 12 cents.....with of course a modest ' in house discount '   being applied - lol .   Is it because the participating brokers to the offer have advised that 3.0 is a clear technical support for the AUZ SP ....and so guarantees success ?   or is it also about pricing it at the most favorable level ahead of a further raising for Ordinaries SH's ....reward for the loyalties if you like and for all the short term pain.

Whatever the case folk's , I reckon this offering and what's to come has been priced for perfection and success in the ' Grandeur ' scheme of things........

In the meantime and IMO , I sense a suspension in the winds  until additional details sorted.   Whatever the case -  Best of Luck for Tomorrow.
