Perhaps someone wants to be certain the election result doesn't impact on the project before signing off on a deal.
Can't see any reason for holding back an announcement if there wasn't any interest in the project.
CFE shareholders will be hoping for a positive announcement because anything negative will absolutely cripple the SP and any interest.
