What is the missing part?Others here hold the view that management have actually gone beyond what they need to do for shareholder communications, and at the end of the day some things simply cannot be announced to the market - does that mean lack of transparency or a lack of understanding of commercial reality?
Appeciate everyone has their own view on this, but let’s not allow delays and frustration to skew logical thought processes - if we only got what info we have received to date and there was no delays, there would be no complaints about ‘transparency’ IMO, therefore the issue stems from the delays (emotions) and manifests itself as the nearest ‘logical’ fault available to justify the complaint/decision to sell, but unfortunately it still makes no difference to the commercial realities - so again what hasn’t been announced that should be? Should we expect the minutes from legal meeting from ASX 300 companies to give us satifyof deals progressing?
Trading psychology is always the hardest part to master - no issues whatsoever with selling as long as we know why we are selling, psychological preservation feels nice but ultimately can prove the enemy of profit, particularly in emotive and volatile spec markets.
