I think you are spot on Deboss.

whilst I empathise with holders who are disappointed (as am I) & frustrated due to apparent history on this (which I don’t have). After personally working on deals in DRC, Uganda & Zambia I came to learn that nothing works to your deadlines, only theirs. No matter how you agree & try to drive to a plan.  I am experiencing that on another deal now which should have been concluded months ago & we are still nowhere near the end. Just as you think it’s done, something comes out of left field & as I am always told TIA (This is Africa).

I have every reason to believe everything is/was approved & hence the TH. Has something come out of left field again. I have no idea but given recent experiences, the ASX are just as likely to be the ones holding stuff up around wording, clarification etc.
