Imo , stock as this one with full day total trades in to few 000's $$ , sure shareholders control the price .
As you know ect had nothing concrete to bring in big investors ( apart some since the start of the company ) , so any Tom & Jerry was capable to play with the stock .

But once machinery start to appear in NLC's yards , things will start to change .
It's easy to manipulate 1c stock than a 10c stock .

I believe we can do better if we stop chasing a pip or two , and let the stock gain some fat .
