Just keep in mind that this is a convertible note.
It remains a debt until converted.
The price for conversion will, IMO, be much higher than the current sp.
I subscribe to the adage that it is much better to have a bird in hand than two in the bush. Must admit though I sometimes struggle with this "adage"!!
