Chill Serena. As a long term holder in SDL it's great to see something happening again. After the Hanlong saga and the crackdown on corruption in China none of the Chinese SOEs seem to have been able to get the Chinese government approval to fund the project despite them appearing to own a large chunk of SDL. It wouldn't surprise me if Tidfore have tried and failed to get the necessary approvals also. Maybe ANS has finally succeeded although it does remind me a bit of the Gindalbie Metals/Sundance merger proposal that got shot down 10+ years ago. Fingers crossed this time!
