now someone pass the wigs around as there may be a few balding people over at SDL trying to figure out how to avoid voluntary administration - Enter ANS Chinese heavy hitting funds carry project through. heres another question for all to think about
Q: what would CN holders want to retire the debt if the project wasn't going to go ahead so they could get their royalties and opportunity to convert to head shares ?
They SDL have a small window with the Cameroon government otherwise will have to apply for extension past 14th September and they needed to show the govt officials they can provide funding and show progress - this could be their final opportunity to actually fund the project - retiring the debt is a different conversation to have
P.S what i also find ausinng is that Terry Quinn (ANS - Padbury Sacked chairman still holds 40 million shares in ANS ??? WTF???
