Even ANS has the relationship with some prominent Chinese investors, please tell me how to raise fund of billion dollars. Even Tidfore (a giant Chinese company) is struggling to finance the project, do you think that ANS is bigger than Tidfore. Are you dreaming in daytime?. LOL.

If ANS is able to bring Chinese investors to SDL, they will directly invest in SDL. Why should they go through ANS? Be realistic.

ANS will use this opportunity to invest some portions of the money raised recently in SDL in order to lift up their investment profile after knowing the future prospects of SDL.

To suggest that ANS will take over SDL, it is an unrealistic dream.
