The approval in the AGM for noteholders of SDL to convert it to shares is only a formality. SDL is presently not under pressure and soon it will be DEBT FREE.
You do not realize that any capital raising in ANS will dilute your shareholding. Fortunately, I do not have any shares in ANS. However, future is uncertain. Anything could happen since both ANS and SDL are a speculative stock.
Good luck to you. Tomorrow, we will know what has been happening. If it is related to ANS, and ANS would like to buy more shares, a high premium will be charged. It is no longer that ANS will get the shares at 0.004. Please wake up from your dream. Lol.
