I recon mns is tapping the market for a bigger Cr, everybody will be happy in the end. You need time to shop around the credit raising, or mns might be planning a Cr and a rights issue?

No mention of a cornerstone investor, that's dead and buried. Mns is good at finding companies that want to get involved with it. But closing deals is the real problem. That aspect there is getting a bit worrying. With such a talented board, it's odd?
