I agree that the top SH’s should have got a look in however there are many and varied views especially when using the term Sophisticated Investor.
I’m not going to point it out but you certainly from these HC Posts seem to be very far and wide of the mark to being labelled a Sophisticated Investor.

I agree that minor amount could have been raised outside the Pub but hey you gotta roll with the punches its the ASX the top of the Ladder of Corruption and game playing we are just here picking at the crumbs are we not.
A few months from now will it matter?.......... I think not and they have not exactly over diluted the SOI at this early stage of the game so there is going to be more talk of CR’s down the track im sure.
