Can see your frustration Hazz but at the end of the day this is how it works - it's a reward for the insiders who we can only hope (when they specifically refer to the sophisticated investors) that have supported the company for the last few years. Considering you hold as many as you do it is surprising you weren't asked to participate as a soph. If however, they have raised to individuals who will just cash out immediately and have had nothing to do with CAY over the years then yes it is bullsh*t...

I think as mentioned by some other posters the reality is this is a bump in the road and I expect we will see the a price north of where we currently are in the immediate future.
