Perhaps they've issued a query and not received a timely or satisfactory response, or perhaps they simply feel that it's not possible for an informed market to trade BHD until there is more clarity around the convertible note transaction (I'd guess particularly how it will be valued given what it's secured over, but I'm only guessing).
One thing's for sure, they won't get away with calling this a 'voluntary' suspension with a straight face as they've been doing with HML.
