Hey Ryzie I tend to find they go downhill until they sort out capital. So many times the price action screams CR. It's no coincidence it's at the bottom as it's always in the favour of the broker or company putting up the capital. Very rarely does a spec company look after current holders. Last raise was at 3 so all those holders are submerged. My guess is it will be a convertible note deal.
