I wanted to add my 2 bobs worth regarding the suspension...all IMO off course...

Last suspension, the deal stated it was worth around $5 Billion, and if i remember correctly, it was plastered on the first page of the presentation with the mercedes benz image. But when it was re-released the $5 billion figure was deleted - or removed as this obviously can influence peoples investment decisions.

Looking at the London presentation, and if (which is a big if as I am speculating) - BB mentions in the presentation that the deal is worth around $5billion again.
I believe again this is something or a statement that can influence retail investors watching this to make decisions to invest in AUZ, and maybe also instos too....this can fall under the general listing rule 17.3 of ASX also....

I reckon the complaint has been put forward by a competitor, insto or even a retail investor asking to explain the $5b deal - IMO off course....and AUZ or BB have been asked to substantiate this deal amount.....and this can take time as it needs to have figures to back it up....or how has BB arrived at this figure, which he has stated again. So I guess SK would also be asked to confirm the deal amount - which I know we have been already given with the qty's that need to be supplied, but maybe the full working out based of capex and opex need to be considered, funding costs if it is SK and the LME prices that have been used also.
