    I have substantial holdings in both MRD and CAD.

    Keith Bowker was a director of MRD then resigned but was also a director of CAD and resigned. New director of CAD is also a director of MRD.

    Work it out.

    For the record I want both companies to succeed as I have a bit invested in them.
    But I’m starting to see a pattern with these 2 companies.
