Ok here is my theory , if you read there past announcements regarding ongoing work , nothing is hidden they were carrying on with all options and follow ups on past and present exploration , i believe they have found something which is vital to this aquisition , and maybe this is the problem the asx is haveing with this , even though the company has been quite open regarding ongoing work , its all about timeing .
