I don’t know the legalities. One would assume that any response to the query would be specific to whatever the acquisition terms are, which then gives away what the acquisition is, which then becomes material information in its own right as it preempts the announcement about the acquisition that caused all the fuss in the first place. So I would guess the answer would be no. We just have to wait until all the details are sorted and the intended announcement is released.
