    Not exactly, CAD had to go and check CRs from 4 years back to make sure they all comply. CAD were also caught out straight after an acquisition announcement for their Pilbara tenement not during a CR. This may not be the case at all, I'm just saying there are lots of similarities. Worst case scenario is a matter of redoing paperwork and trading time lost.
