If it were a takeover, nobody knows what the share price sits at, it sits at whatever the take over price determines it will sit at.
At this stage, there is zero evidence of a take over. Just people being bored and wanting something to post about.
I can't even begin to imagine what news will come out for LRS considering the number of shares, the current share price, the tenements/projects at hand..
Half of me expects it to be amazing, and other half expects it to be blasé.
