You would also think that if there had been deliberations over recent weeks with the proposed lender/stakeholder and that this person or organisation had considered their position with "due diligence", then this would have been done with some up to date figures. At the very least half-yearlies to 31st. December.

That being the case, why have management not allowed us, the shareholders & owners of the company the same privilege of seeing these figures as soon as they were available. All part of the old philosophy of OIL management of keeping people in the dark - not making announcements until the last possible moment.
