It seems like the debts for UK and NZ may have been passed into the Australian arm which then divested itself of all assets including the actual IP for the Stream Platform. In a nutshell, Stream Australia has $0.00 in the bank or assets and $Millions in debts. Again all of this is alleged and won't be proven one way or the other until the administrators and forensic accountants (Appointed by the largest Aust Client who is looking for their millions) have finished their progressive investigation. If you have shares feel free to use them as toilet paper or fire starters.
