Yep, check out BND. Put into admin with $70m cash and $70m in WICET take or pay due over the next few years, and after a year not much cash left despite all activity ceasing. God knows where all the money has gone. To boot they sold one of the assets and wont even tell shareholders how much they sold it for. A single dollar is the guess in that scenario!.
