What makes you think SL rejected the Presto deal? It was always subject to due diligence (and let's face it, that wouldn't be QFX doing DD on Presto) and financing - which again would only be QFX being able to afford to pay Presto.....and since they've had an excess of current liabilities over assets for a long time that was never going to happen.
