Just a view being expressed that all. Been watching and reading comments and was hoping to see announcement of resolution of the dispute. Fact it not come out is bad. Fact it go in suspension not good.

Not much cash, litigation, costs continue and small debt too. Need to be sorted quickly to allow company to recover. Longer it last the worse for shareholders. If come out maybe need to raise cash and if it can will be at even lower price as risk is still there.

Hope to be wrong. But at moment not look good. Obvious.
