With Mibila, both ZYL and the vendor have nothing to gain by continuing to dispute the contracts. It’s very black and white that there the contract has lapsed. I would say they have come to a mutual agreement to agree to walk away.
I bet they even get a little cash back from the vendor.
That is my view.
