No point speculating chaps its suspended.

The only clue one can take for this is the decline in SP, coupled with the suspension over the dispute, one would come to the logical conclusion that is there was a successful outcome then it would be immediately available to market.

the drawn out suspension tells me that now ZYL are looking into going for court litigation and that is the reason for the time delay to get this info updated.

All IMO but a long drawn out litigation if this is the case will just be another downer.
