I had thought there was 3 possible reasons for the TH:

1) Announcing asset aquisition
2) Announcing asset sale
3) Announcing JV partner for Morapule project.

Further info in the supension suggests 1) is the reason.

So, it could be a possible increase from 75% to 99% interest in Morapule? Or are we shelling out funds (we don't have mind you) for a new project?

I guess we only have to wait until Monday to find out.
