GCN is starting to get out of control..... they seem to do what they want when they want, write what they want when they want, dont announce things they definately should be, not meeting deadlines, and not giving the shareholders one ounce of consideration, i am sure a directors of a company have rules given to him/her by asic and especially asx when listed, correct me if i am wrong but without knowing the rules i would assume they are not being met by this director!!!
