    I don't get it, how can a statement be made on Saturday that Statutory accounts will be released on Monday and then fail to deliver. Something must have happened that warrants a trading halt and by witholding the madatory report they achieve the TH without having to disclose what has really happened. That, or a major error was found in the report a the 11th hour. All a wild guess.
