Smart move by the company Have little doubt that the price has been strategically propped, especially when it was trading at 20 cents and below. Now, they have locked in a high share price and market cap, during a period of uncertainty. Given where they were, and the lack of cash on hand, you'd have to say they are playing as difficult hand as well as possible.
