It is rather puzzling. I thought they had their finance deal with MacBank all sewn up.

Perhaps they can refinance at a cheaper rate. I sure hope there is no dilution of shareholders.

Or are they getting funds to buy out another company or get some strategic tenements in advance of possible future actions by the BigBoyz?

If they can prove up another million ounces then I reckon we will go over $1.40 very quickly.
