Benefit is that the shares will avoid the poor market, but if the downtrend continues, then ADI will get even harder.

Maybe the 'equity financing' as envisioned came across as unsupportable by the big holders and it had to be redone..............who knows, but I'd guess that any 'sofiticayed and professional' type issue wouldn't go over very well with some of the big holders.....

I'd guess that it will now be some type of SPP to existing holders............
